How does it work

Sign your business address in Antibes contract

This is the first step you have to do to register your incorporated company or your personal business. With this contract, you will be able to write the company statutes, get a bank account, and complete your registration formalities with the “chambre de commerce” for trading businesses or the “Chambre des métiers” for manufacturing activities. Never commit before its final validation.

Required documents

To finalize your domiciliation contract, you must have the documents below. Complete your online form now and then download the documents to be provided (“Files transfert” tab). You can also make an appointment for the signing of your contract.

 

For a business creation

To be provided immediately upon signing the contract

  • Color scan with clear photo on the front and back of the manager’s ID
  • Manager’s recent proof of address: invoice (no mobile subscription) or tax notice or your lease with rent receipt. If you do not have proof in your name, you must have a certificate of accommodation made according to the attached text, remembering to provide with proof of address and the identity document of your host.   • A photo of the manager (selfy).
  • Draft statutes

To be provided later, imperatively, as soon as possible

  • Registered statutes
  • Kbis (official ID form of the company issued by the “Greffe du tribunal de commerce”)
  • RIB (Bank details)

For a change of business address

To be provided immediately upon signing the contract

  • Color scan with clear photo on the front and back of the manager’s ID
  • Manager’s recent proof of address: invoice (no mobile plan), tax notice, or your lease with rent receipt. If you do not have proof in your name, you must have a certificate of accommodation made according to the attached text, remembering to provide with proof of address and the identity document of your host.   • A photo of the manager (selfy).
  • Old statutes
  • Former Kbis (official ID form of the company issued by the “Greffe du tribunal de commerce”)
  • RIB (Bank details)

To be provided later, imperatively, as soon as possible

  • Updated and signed statutes
  • Updated Kbis
The invoice will be issued and sent to your new address, upon validation of your documents.
Your letter box keys and the 24-hour entry code will be given to you at reception desk on your first visit.

We are free to refuse or cancel an incomplete contract file, whose attachments are missing or unsuitable or whose request does not seem to us to correspond to our ethical commitment. In this case, we will reimburse the rent already paid, excluding administrative fees. However, you will be contacted and will have a reasonable time to provide the requested documents. We decline all legal and pecuniary responsibility for the costs or responsibilities arising from an engagement on your part, prior to the final validation of your “domiciliation” contract.

If you do not have a chartered accountant, we can advise you and provide you with a list of our chartered accountants and accounting secretariat partners.

In some cases, your company’s “domiciliation” contract does not guarantee acceptance by the tax, legal and social administration authorities. For instance, the tax authorities could refuse for an individual company your new business address.

With a business address in Antibes at Na & Co, you will depend on :
